; On August 28th, the key project of modern manufacturing integration technology in the field of advanced manufacturing technology under the 863 Plan, "Key Technologies and System Integration of Intelligent Optimization Control in Wastewater Treatment Processes," undertaken by the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
; The "Key Technologies and System Integration for Intelligent Optimization Control of Wastewater Treatment Process" project is an optimization technology research aimed at energy conservation and consumption reduction, aimed at addressing the common problems in China's wastewater treatment industry, such as large lag, variable and uncontrollable inflow loads, inability to measure key indicator parameters online, and frequent abnormal working conditions. This technological achievement can effectively solve the bottleneck problems that currently restrict the normal operation of sewage treatment enterprises, such as unreasonable energy utilization, untimely diagnosis and treatment of abnormal working conditions (currently relying on manual labor). At present, this technological achievement has been promoted and applied in multiple sewage treatment plants, and has achieved good results, creating annual economic benefits of nearly ten million yuan for enterprises.
; The High tech Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology organized an expert group to conduct acceptance of the project. At the acceptance meeting, the acceptance expert group carefully listened to the research report of the project team and reviewed relevant documents and materials. After careful discussion by the expert group, it is believed that the project has achieved various indicators excellently, provided complete documentation and materials, used funds reasonably, and met the management regulations of relevant departments. It is agreed to pass the acceptance inspection.
